The lecture will be delivered by Dr. Sarah E. Dalrymple. She will be providing insights into importance of seed storage and methods including cryopreservation. In addition, what happens to the stored seeds is also an important topic she is intending to address.

Dr. Sarah E. Dalrymple comes from Liverpool John Morres University, Liverpool, United Kingdom. Dr. Sarah E. Dalrymple is a well-known scientist in the field of conservation and has undertaken various practical conservation initiatives including threatened species reintroduction and habitat restoration. She has specific interest on threatened plant translocations, and has contributed to various policy documents including co-authoring the IUCN Guidelines on Reintroductions.
